Sports Therapy & Strength & Conditioning · West Wales
Pain-free movement, built to last.
Whether you're an office worker, a farmer, a parent or an athlete, if something hurts or just doesn't move right, I'll find out why and build you a clear path back. Longevity over quick fixes.
Who I am
I'm Iestyn, a sports therapist who's been injured too.
Most people who come to me know something's wrong but not what, or how to fix it. That's my job: assess it properly, explain it plainly, and build the plan that gets you back to full movement and keeps you there.
As a semi-professional rugby player I've worked through my own injuries and niggles, so I get it first hand, not just from a textbook. I keep things straightforward and I'd rather fix the cause than patch over it.

Who it's for
If you're in pain, this is for you
There's no single type of person I work with. If your body isn't doing what you need it to, you're in the right place.
Desk & office workers
Stiff necks, aching backs and posture niggles from long hours sat down.
Drivers & farmers
Hard physical days and long hauls that leave the body paying for it.
Parents & everyday life
The lifting, carrying and never-stopping that adds up over time.
Athletes & sports
Injuries, recovery and getting back to performing at your best.
How it works
Your path back, in three steps
No guesswork and no drip-feeding sessions you don't need. Just a clear plan from day one.
Assess
We start with a proper assessment to find the real cause, not just the symptom. You'll leave knowing exactly what's going on and why.
Treat
Hands-on treatment and targeted work to ease the pain and get you moving again, tailored to you and always comfortable.
Build & last
We rebuild strength and resilience so the problem stays gone. You get back to what you love, and stay there.
What I do
Three ways I help you move & perform
From sorting pain to building genuine strength and testing where you really stand.
Sports Therapy
Injury assessment, sports & deep tissue massage, cupping, IASTM and compression boots. Sessions from 30 to 90 minutes.
ExploreStrength & Conditioning
1:1 in-person or online programming that builds real, usable strength. You don't need to be an athlete to benefit.
ExplorePerformance Testing
Objective assessment of range, capacity, strength and power, so your training is guided by data, not guesswork.
ExploreIn action
Real sessions, real people
Out treating clients across West Wales, from event pitchside recovery to the clinic table.

Let's clear this up
Two things people get wrong
"Sports therapy is only for sports people."
Not true. It's for anyone in pain who wants it sorted, office workers, drivers, farmers, parents. If your body isn't moving the way it should, this is for you.
"I don't need S&C, I'm not an athlete."
Also not true. Strength & conditioning is just general strength training done properly, one step up from standard personal training, and it helps everyone stay capable and pain-free.
